It's been a great, a great experience. I really appreciated the hints and tips along the way, and once I completed something that's a very difficult thing to do, the support, advice and camaraderie from a great group of co-fasters were really excellent. I dropped a few kilos along the way but sort of learned a lot about myself and the techniques and tools that you can use to improve your health.
