At $299, this 24-core, 24-thread CPU brings higher clocks and more cache to the table compared to the 265K, but the real star of the show is Intel's new Binary Optimization Tool. We put the 270K+ and an RTX 5080 to the test in a Mini-ITX B860 rig to see exactly how much "free" performance we can squeeze out of games like Cyberpunk 2077 and apps like Geekbench 6 just by toggling the optimization software on.
