When Jackie Kirwan tragically lost her daughter last year, she made the brave decision to donate Georgie's organs and limbs in the hope of helping others. Her selfless choice changed Kim Smith's life, who recently received an incredible hand transplant after losing all four limbs to sepsis. Earlier this year, Kim was able to say thank you to Jackie in person - giving her the chance to hold her daughter's hand once again.
