Hipkins Accountability and Criminal Liability

I have some legal advice to present to you, regarding Chris Hipkins’ alleged withholding of COVID-19 vaccine risk information concerning teenage boys and myocarditis. My Question: What criminal liability, if any, could arise if an MP deliberately withheld information in 2021 indicating that a teenage boy faced an elevated risk of myocarditis from a second dose of the COVID 19 vaccine, and a teenager subsequently died from vaccine associated myocarditis?
