When fish skin isn’t your thing, this technique comes through on the texture you’re looking for. Sourdough encrusted salmon, white bean and corn succotash, finished with a fresh harissa dressing. @chefdanbarber might like this one…I’ve heard he’s not the biggest fish skin fan.
