SmudgeBob has a #TinyVillage ❤️🫶🥰

We're one step closer to understanding SmudgeBob today, thanks to our #TinyVillage! 🎉🥰 Since Dr. F's visit on Tuesday, we've been researching labs to get genetic testing done as quickly as possible. Some labs offer some of the tests, most are in opposite time zones, and they all send a kit out for us to collect the samples and return them. Normally, this would be fine, but we just can't afford to wait the extra 1-2 weeks it would take to receive kits and get them to the labs. We were determined to find a way to collect the samples ourselves and overnight directly to a lab. Tanya at @orivetgeneticpetcare was so kind, and helped confirm exactly what we needed to do to collect the samples today, and get them directly to their lab without having to go through a secondary site first. This saved us so many days. Once we had a plan, @TheSleepingLionBC dropped everything and immediately drove to us to pick up the samples and drive them across the border, so we could avoid customs delays and get them to the lab on Saturday. Supermod TachyonSpheres is letting us have kits from a different lab sent to her, and then overnighting to us, since this lab doesn't ship anywhere in North America. @cricket_and_katydid, @the.jedikittens.family and many other adopters and mods helped with late-night research, reaching out to labs, and finding pieces of the puzzle. The testing itself will take a few weeks, but thanks to everyone's help, we may have some answers much faster than we otherwise would have!
