On January 1, Candice Potgieter was at home in New Zealand, when her daughter revealed that whilst trying to curl her hair a comb had gotten badly tangled. Candiace tried multiple methods to remove the comb, including snapping it in half and unpicking it with a bobby pin before finally using conditioner. According to Candice, the hair conditioner helped apart from one snagged piece of hair where they had to use a tool to break the comb apart.
