The art of noticing (colour walk) 🌼

A few months back, we were exploring Sydney with our little one. It was summer in Australia, so we spent a lot of time outside, and each day Robin and I would choose a colour to notice as we walked 🌈 As a professional over-thinker (hi hi!), it became such a great way for me to get out of my head and pay closer attention to what was around us. Tiny flowers, painted walls, someone’s jacket… little things I might have otherwise missed 🐝 It’s such a simple little mindfulness activity. Try it the next time you’re outside! 👀
