By using the right breathing method, we are doing more diaphragmatic breathing, which improves the vagal response. Hence, from sympathetic to parasympathetic response, we breathe more slowly and more oxygen gets into our lungs. When every cell is perfused with a sufficient amount of oxygen, a beneficial purification or antioxidant response occurs. The cell gets rid of impurities. The inflammatory response comes down when cells are healthy. No matter whether it is a skin cell, a hair cell, or any cell, the cell will start functioning better. So of course your skin will glow, of course your hair health is better, and of course your well-being will improve. Yes, so pranayama does improve your skin and hair health. If I have to suggest anybody who wants to practice and learn this breath work, I would suggest a must — Kapalabhati. Of course, people nowadays are very aware of this breath because it's called the Skull Shining Breath. So if you want a good shine on your forehead, I would definitely suggest Kapalabhati. However, I would even promote the hydra boosters for a good shine on your forehead. I would also recommend Kapalabhati. You know how basically in Kapala, Kapala means skull. Bhati basically means shining. Here we have more of these sinuses in your skull. By doing this, Kapalabhati, the sinuses get cleared. Hence, the skin shines. So here it's a workout for the diaphragm where we forcibly exhale and automatically, passively, the inhalation happens. So it's a diaphragmatic workout, and it basically works at the frontal sinus and gives a shine to your forehead.
