Registering for the Mosque (Free) While entry to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is free, you must have an Access Pass. As you mentioned, it only takes about 2 minutes, but doing it in advance saves you from standing around the "registration kiosks" in the shopping mall entrance.
