Ever tried fermented rice?? 🍚🐟 This is Buro (or Tagilo here in Pampanga)! It’s rice fermented with fish, then sautéed with garlic, onions, and tomatoes. The only way to eat it is wrapped in fresh Mustasa leaves with some fried Hito (catfish). 🥬🤤 It’s definitely an acquired taste, but once you get it, you GET it. 💯 Have you tried Buro?
