Khader’s story: Waiting for medical evacuation at Nasser hospital

More than 18,500 people are registered for medical evacuation from #Gaza. Still, 1,092 patients died while awaiting evacuation between July 2024 and Nov. 28, 2025, according to the Ministry of Health. Khader, a young boy with carbohydrate malabsorption syndrome, has gone two years without the special medical formula he needs because of the genocide. His kidneys have been severely affected and he suffers constant diarrhea. He is unable to attend school or play like other children. His mother says he has nearly died in her arms several times as she struggled to reach medical care. Listen to his mother share his story.
