HPD's 2027 Budget Proposal Presented to City Council | Houston Police

HPD Executive Chief Thomas Hardin & Interim Chief Financial Officer Joanne Tran present the Houston Police Department's proposed $1.25 billion budget for 2027 to Houston City Council for review. This presentation took place on May 19, 2026. Interim CFO Tran outlines developments in the department driving the budget changes (6:23).
