Good morning 😊 Monday is here again. Looks cloudy outside, but the good news is, day light is longer now. Around 6 AM sky is brighter, and 5 PM sky is still brighter. Soon hopefully will be bye-bye Winter 😁 I know, I know. For us in the North, Winter stays until May, but still, longer daytime brings a good feeling 😊 For today's recipe, it's done in crockpot, which obviously in Indonesia it is made on stovetop instead.
