1/4 cup (50 g) sunflower seeds.

1/4 cup (50 g) psyllium husk. Salt.
Garlic powder.
Ground black pepper.
Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Olive oil.
Sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 60 minutes.
