➡️ Shallow fry or air fry until golden brown.

• 1 cup coriander leaves
• ½ cup mint leaves
• 2 green chillies
• 3–4 garlic cloves
• Small piece of ginger
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice
• Little water
➡️ Blend everything until smooth.
