Small Bele Fish Chorchori with Winter Vegetables | শীতের সবজি দিয়ে বেলে মাছ রান্না | AroundMeBD

Today our proud village ladies from AroundMeBD YouTube Channel cooked a traditional Small Bele Fish Chorchori with huge amounts of winter vegetables to feed the entire village community. About 5–6 types of fresh winter vegetables were carefully selected, cleaned, and cut into very small pieces. The ladies first processed and cleaned the small Bele fish using pure drinking water. Then all vegetables were added into a big pot, mixed with lots of traditional spice ingredients and water. Finally, the small Bele fish was added to the vegetables and cooked slowly in village style. Along with this delicious fish chorchori, the ladies also cooked rice. After finishing the cooking, they served the food to the whole village, where around 450 people ate together, sharing love, care, and happiness.
