First Marination Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon each. Vinegar: 1 tablespoon. Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste). Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon. Red Chilli Powder: 1 tablespoon (using Kashmiri chilli for both color and mild heat). Second Marination (after 5 minutes) Yogurt (Dahi): 1 tablespoon (thick or hung curd preferred). Mustard Oil: A small amount. Tandoori Masala: 1 teaspoon. Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 teaspoon. Kasuri Methi: A pinch, crushed between palms. Food Color: A pinch (optional). Egg: 1 whole egg (including the yolk). For the Coating Corn Flakes: Crushed finely for crunch. Bread Crumbs: Made from 2 bread slices. Tandoori Masala: A little extra to season the coating. For Cooking & Serving Oil: For deep frying. Serving Suggestions: Mayonnaise dip, Tomato Ketchup, or Schezwan sauce.
