Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@UCqpsITAmYlQttezQ7puHwNQ Recipe in English Ingredients: Prepare Homemade Pakora Mix -Baisan (Gram flour) 1kg -Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ½ Cup -Cornflour ¼ Cup -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 2 tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 3 tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tbs -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 3 & ½ tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tbs or to taste -Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tbs -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 2 & ½ tbs -Baking soda 1 & ½ tsp -Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs -Orange food color ½ tsp -Water 1 Cup (add Gradually) -Bhindi (Ladyfinger) as required -Chaat masala as required -Chicken (cooked with tikka masala) chopped 1 Cup or as required -Cheddar & mozzarella cheese grated as required -Hara dhania & hari mirch (Fresh coriander & green chillies) chopped 2-3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) as required -Aloo (Potatoes) thinly sliced (soaked in salt & water) as required -Cooked chicken tikka pieces as required -Palak (Spinach leaves) washed & dried as required -Aloo Tikki as required -Dalda cooking oil (For Frying) Direction: Prepare Homemade Pakora Mix -In a bowl, place, sifter, add gram flour & sift well. -Add rice flour, corn flour, pink salt, red chilli crushed, turmeric powder, coriander, cumin, red chilli powder, carom seeds, dried fenugreek leaves, baking soda, chicken powder, orange food colour, whisk well until well combined. -Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 month. (Yield 1300g) Prepare Pakora Batter -In a bowl, add 2 cups of pakora mix, 1 Cup water, whisk well, pakora batter is ready. -In a jar, add pakora batter & set aside. -In a bowl, add 2 cups pakora mix, add 1 & ½ Cup water, whisk well, thin pakora batter is ready. Prepare Bhindi Pakora -Slit ladyfinger vertically, add chaat masala powder inside. -Dip in pakora batter & fry in pre-heated cooking oil until golden & crispy. Prepare Mirchi Pakora -In a bowl, add cooked chopped chicken, shredded mix cheese, chopped fresh coriander & green chillies, mix well, chicken filling is ready, set aside. -Slit green chilli, take out seeds to make space for filling, stuff prepared chicken filling properly. -Dip stuffed chilli in pakora batter & add in hot cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden. Prepare Potato Skewer Pakora: -Take out thinly sliced potato from salty water, pet dry it, roll it & skew in a wooden skewer, (4-5 slices). -Dip in thin pakora batter, fry in pre-heated cooking oil until golden. Prepare Chicken Pakora: -Take cooked chicken tikka piece, dip in pakora batter & fry in pre-heated cooking oil. Prepare Palak Pakora: -Dip pet dried spinach leaves in thin pakora batter & fry in pre-heated cooking oil until golden Aloo Tikki Pakora: -Take 1 potato tikki, dip in thin pakora batter, take out & fry in pre-heated cooking oil. Prepare Bread Pakora: -In a bread slices, add potato tikki batter, spread it, cover with another bread slice. -Dip in thin pakora batter & fry in pre-heated cooking oil until golden.
