On the 26th of January 2024, ECRH (East Coast Heritage Railway) ran its annual Australia Day Goods line tour around Sydney, exploring the Goods line, such as Chullora Enfield, Sefton freight junction, and Port Botany, where the general public can't access by normal rail. In this video we'll take a ride from Marrickville Junction to Campsie, hauled by Vintage Locos 42103 & X54 in a push pull formation, whilst running parallel alongside the former T3 Bankstown Line, which is currently being converted into a Sydney metro extension from Sydenham and onto Tallawong via the city and Chatswood, set to hopefully open later this year.
