When ​⁠@ChefRush asks for a steak, you know I had to go all out… Strips of tenderloin surrounded by crispy pork belly surprisingly worked extremely well. The rich pork belly kept the lean beef moist while fully rendering as it cooked faster on the outside. This was a blast!
