South African Airways (ZS-SXD) [Siyanqoba/Team South Africa 2012] Airbus A340-313 arrives on RW21 & parks on 161A at Perth Airport. This aircraft first flew on November 25, 2004 and was delivered to SAA on February 28, 2005. Between May 23, 2005 and May 30, 2007 it was leased to Jet Airways (VT-JWA) before returning to South African. In July 2012 it was painted in "Team South Africa 2012" special colours. On November 16, 2019 it was withdrawn from use and was stored at O. R. Tambo International Airport (FAOR), South Africa until November 3, 2024 when it was finally returned to service. #sivideoaviation #southafricanairways #a340
