🥗 Chilled Weight Loss Chaat
For the Sattu Chutney:
* 1 handful fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
* 1 green chili
* 1 small raw mango (or juice of 1 lemon)
* 1 tbsp roasted gram flour (Sattu)
* 4–5 tbsp yogurt (curd)
* ½ tsp black salt (or to taste)
* ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
* 4–5 ice cubes
For the Chaat:
* 1/2 cup boiled white chickpeas (Kabuli Chana)
* ½ cup boiled kidney beans (Rajma)
* 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
* Red bell pepper, finely chopped
* Yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
* Cucumber, diced
* Tomato, diced
* Grated carrot
* Lettuce, shredded
* ½ cup puffed amaranth (Rajgira)
For Topping:
* 1 tbsp jaggery and tamarind chutney
Method:
Blend all the chutney ingredients until smooth. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, kidney beans, sweet corn, bell peppers, cucumber, tomato, carrot, lettuce, and puffed amaranth. Add the sattu chutney and mix well. Serve chilled and top with jaggery-tamarind chutney.
