In this video I travel from Bujumbura to the Burundi–Rwanda border, crossing remote mountains and beautiful villages to reach one of the most isolated communities.
I visit the Twa tribe, one of the most marginalized groups and among the shortest people in the world. From their unique lifestyle and living conditions to their history as hunters and gatherers, I spend time in their village to understand how they live today.
I also bring food, clothes, and some support for the community, and spend the day with them, experiencing their daily life up close.
