Sirf 1 Laddu Banaega Apko Mazbut, Har Dard, Kamar Dard, Kamzori, Thakan Hogi Dur INGREDIENTS : 250grm roasted chickpeas 50grm foxnuts 50grm Almonds 50grm cashews 50grm pistachios 100grm melon seeds 150grm dry coconut 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp green cardamom powder 200grm string candy (dhage wali mishri) 200grm clarified butter •first in a kadai add a tbsp ghee and roast foxnuts till done well, take out of the kadai, and then add another tbsp ghee and roast almonds, cashews and pistachios. • after 1-2 mins add melon seeds, grated dry coconut and roast for another few minutes. •when done roasting, take out all the ingredients and let these cool down and then grind these well as shown and keep aside. • now make a powder of roasted chickpeas and roast the powder on low heat for 6-7 minutes on low heat • after 6-7 mins, add grinded nuts in the mixture with a tsp of black pepper powder and green cardamom powder and mix all the ingredients really well.
