We were lucky to visit during the Baragatan Festival 2026, one of Palawan’s biggest annual celebrations. The festival brings together the different municipalities of Palawan to showcase their culture, traditions, local products, food, and tourism attractions in one grand celebration in Puerto Princesa. In this walking tour, we’ll visit the Baragatan Festival Bazaar near the Provincial Capitol, where different towns and municipalities of Palawan have set up booths featuring local delicacies, handicrafts, souvenirs, and unique products from across the province. We’ll also check out some local food and street food, take a walk through the lively festival streets filled with locals and visitors, and experience the festive atmosphere of Puerto Princesa during this special event. To end the tour, we’ll head to SM City Puerto Princesa, the city’s largest shopping mall.
