"$1,300 for a detail? That's insane." That's what a customer said to one of our guys. Here's the thing though. What's actually insane is working 12 hour days doing $200 jobs and still not being able to cover your bills. That's the real crazy part nobody talks about. One of my clients was washing cars at a dealership for minimum wage. Got his pricing and positioning right. Did $8,700 his first month. Then $1,300 in a day and a half of work. Same city. Same cars.
