Visit to the Pampanga Provincial Hospital - Clark (PPHC) 5/14/2026

Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga May 14, 2026 Reaffirming the government’s commitment to improving public healthcare services in Central Luzon, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. inspected the newly completed Pampanga Provincial Hospital – Clark (PPHC) on May 14, 2026. Located at Changi Gateway, Clark Global City, this state-of-the-art government healthcare facility will serve Pampanga residents and more than 151,500 Clark Freeport workers, as well as business locators and investors. Construction costs totaled Php601.74 million, funded by the Provincial Government of Pampanga (Php246.86 million), the Department of Health (Php210 million), Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Php100 million), and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (Php44.88 million) for accessibility improvements. The Province also allocated Php115.49 million for medical equipment and hospital systems, with Php140.57 million in donations from partner agencies. Built in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) standards for Level II hospitals, PPH-Clark features modern diagnostic capabilities (X-ray, CT scan, endoscopy, and mammography) and services, including Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYNE), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), radiology, laboratory, pulmonary, cardiovascular, dental, and dietary. The three-storey facility has a total of 143 beds, comprising 17 private rooms, 16 semi-private rooms, and 110 ward beds. Once fully operational, PPH-Clark is projected to create approximately 401 employment opportunities for Kapampangans.
