ஏன் அதிகாலையில் ஜெபிக்க வேண்டும்? 1. தேவனுடனான முதல் தொடர்பு, ஒரு நாளின் தொடக்கத்திலேயே இறைவனோடு பேசுவது, அந்த நாள் முழுவதும் அவருடைய வழிநடத்துதலில் இருக்க உதவும். It is a practical example of the verse: “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.” 2. Peaceful environment In the early morning, the world is quiet. There are no noises, phone calls, or interruptions from others. This solitude makes it the best time to converse deeply with God and meditate on the Scriptures. 3. Mental clarity and energy After waking up, the mind feels fresh. Praying at that time reduces stress and generates positive thoughts. It strengthens you to face the challenges of the day with courage. Biblical examples The Bible highlights the importance of morning prayer: Jesus Christ: “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, He got up, went out to a solitary place, and prayed there.” (Mark 1:35) King David: “In the morning, Lord, You hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before You and wait expectantly.” (Psalm 5:3) 5.
