Kindness rides a quad as locals deliver water to stranded drivers during highway closure

An act of kindness that grew from a tragedy is getting a lot of attention in eastern Newfoundland. On Saturday, a fatal collision on the T.C.H forced the closure of the highway and left thousands stuck in the heat.
