Environmental or self hits/damage are allowed, including fall damage. These Runs aren't done with official Team Hitless Rules, for example we activate key Sites of Grace beforehand to reduce the setup time, as well as getting to Shadow Blessing Level 12 right upon entering the DLC. If a Request asked for an Any% Run we may keep going after completing it just as an extra challenge. *We don't fight Rykard because... well it's obvious.
