AIR FRYER PORK RIBS 1 lb pork ribs/ riblets 1.5 TBSP oyster sauce ½ TBSP brown sugar 1 tsp mushroom bouillon (or chicken bouillon) ½ tsp MSG ½ TBSP minced shallots 2 minced cloves of garlic Black pepper to taste 1. Cut your pork ribs/ riblets in between the bones 2. Marinate pork ribs with: 1.5 TBSP oyster sauce, ½ TBSP brown sugar, 1 tsp mushroom seasoning, ½ tsp MSG, ½ TBSP minced shallots, 2 cloves minced garlic and black pepper to taste. Marinate for at least 30 mins or until youre done making your jeow som dipping sauce 3. After 30 mins of marinating, cook in the air fryer. 400F for 20 mins flipping half way through. Keep in mind smaller pieces will take less time to cook so keep an eye on this and remove them as needed. 4. Serve with rice, veggie of choice and jeow som.
