J Webby is a Brunch Boss // Sips Cafe Brunch Menu Challenge

I like my coffee steaming and my belly full… so I pulled up to Sips Café for a J Webby sized brunch feast ☕🔥 Thornlands’ new local favourite is serving up fresh brews and a seriously hectic menu, and I wasn’t here to play around. Started strong with the iconic Reuben before getting stuck into the Sips Board… we’re talking sausages, halloumi, beef bacon, eggs your way and all the extras 🍳🥓 Next up, smashed avo done a little fancy on sourdough with feta, lemon, thyme and confit cherry tomatoes 🥑 Then the Benedictine… not your average eggs benny and easily my favourite on the table. But the riverside bagel was calling my name… Tasmanian smoked salmon, pistachio pesto and capers stacked heavy 🥯🔥 20 minutes deep and it was cleanup mode… hash browns, brekky veggies and fries didn’t stand a chance.
