Our Lox was almost struck by a teenager who ran two stop signs! They wereon the phone. Please share!

If you know anyone in the area who drives a green Kia Soul please contact the police department for Clark County. This is unacceptable. This teenage boy had his face buried in his phone and didn’t even GLANCE up before flying past the bus stop sign almost hitting Loxley and then the next stop sign after that. I’ve posted this on all my socials to bring awareness and hopefully catch this kid or locate his parents.
