Description
This podcast is a journey through pain, miracles, nisbat, and unshakable hope.
Meet Syeda Farah Gillani Sahiba, born in Rawalpindi, who first heard about Syed Baba Waris-e-Qalandar in 1997 — long before she ever met him.
Despite having grooming, knowledge, and status, she felt a deep absence of closeness to Allah.
Her heart began praying day and night. Soon after, strange spiritual experiences began — visions of buzurgs she had never seen before, physical sickness, swelling in her body, yet all medical tests came back clear.
Her parents prayed for relief, for a miracle.
In 2000, that miracle arrived.
Syed Baba came to her home and made dua with her. That day, her life changed forever.
She describes it as the day she felt “adopted”. Syed Baba guided her with clarity and mercy, telling her not to get trapped in illusions — and from that moment, her silsila truly began.
Her journey deepened when she met Qalandar Baba (RA) during a severe accident that fractured her backbone.
The first meeting felt like no first meeting at all — as if their souls had known each other eternally.
Qalandar Baba (RA) called her close, made dua, supported her, and told her to stand. Miraculously, she stood and walked.
She met Qalandar Baba (RA) many times thereafter — even traveling with him on ghasht, witnessing how a Fakeer is always ba-khabar.
She shares how spreading the message of Surah Rehman with him transformed her understanding of faith and service.
In 2002, she married a man from the same nisbat, a union aligned by faith rather than coincidence.
But trials followed.
For eight painful years, she faced infertility, social pressure, emotional attacks of nafs, hurtful suggestions, false remedies and even advice for her husband to remarry.
She felt weak — but never hopeless. Nisbat made her stand firm. She surrendered to Allah’s will completely.
And then… she conceived.
Her pregnancy was difficult. Her son was born prematurely, underweight, with a weak heartbeat.
Later, he faced typhoid and diabetes.
Financial, mental, and physical stress surrounded the family from all sides. It felt as if everything was going wrong.
Yet — she never complained.
Through Surah Rehman, through nisbat, through continuous service, she found strength.
Syed Baba guided her son with spiritual discipline and today, his health is stable.
Her son now stands tall — literally and spiritually. Soon after, she was blessed with a daughter as well.
Even during their darkest crises, she and her husband continued spreading Surah Rehman — in hospitals, burn wards, surgical wards and especially PIMS Hospital.
Burn patients felt instant relief.
They realised that beyond gossip, people need hope. They need a message that makes them depend on Allah alone.
This story defines “peer kandhay peechay” — when the Fakeer stands behind you, unseen, supporting you through every storm.
Syeda Farah Gillani Sahiba strongly urges everyone:
Listen to Surah Rehman.
Spread its message.
It pulls hearts out of misery and reconnects them with Allah.
