Fire station, scouting, poppy flowers -- there is a lot going on in Alpine

Friday's on ARC Salt Lake means it is Mika on the Move. This week, Mika Miyashima is in Alpine covering what is going on in that town. The vandalization of poppy flowers has caused issues with people wanting to see the bright-red blossoms, and the city is offering a $1,000 reward to help lead to an arrest. The fire station is getting a much-needed upgrade to be able to make sure firefighters can perform their duties at the highest level. A new community center is being built right be the fire station and it will provide a lot of activities year round in the area.
