This home video was filmed in Victoria Park, Western Australia, in January 1998, and while nothing particularly earth-shattering happens, it's one of those little moments that instantly transports me back in time. My pet budgie decided my thumb looked particularly tasty that day, and thankfully the old camcorder was rolling. Sometimes it's these completely ordinary moments that end up becoming the most fun to revisit decades later.
