‘No idea when we can open’: Restaurant affected by water main break

Nearly 20,000 Kamloops residents are still without access to drinkable water as crews work to fully repair a broken water main. People on the city’s east side were briefly allowed to turn their taps back on Thursday, before being ordered to shut them off again between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. A do-not-drink order remains in effect for much of the impacted area.
