The most important thing to remember when you travel is that you are doing the best that you can! Any small step out of your comfort zone is a great move that will pay off! In this video, I want to help my followers who struggle with anxiety when they travel. The most common one I hear is around dealing with luggage. So here's my light hearted attempt to ease your anxiety - that your bag will land with you and will be waiting for you at baggage claim even if you need to use the bathroom! For this trip I did not check a bag, but they checked it at the gate and told me it'd be waiting for me at baggage claim.
