SMB also made a point to physically wear down Calvin Oftana off the ball, disrupting his rhythm and limiting TNT’s secondary scoring, which left Jordan Heading carrying most of the offensive load. Despite a whistle-heavy second quarter that hurt the game’s flow, SMB’s superior effort, second-chance points, and depth were the difference.
