Yay It's Tuesday! Almost wekeend again, guys 😁 I know, I know, I'm not right in the head, but hey, I can't wait for weekends always 🤣 At least Monday's done, now it's Tuesday, 3 more days to go. Not bad 🤣 The winds getting colder, air is getting drier, the skin on both of my hands are cracking and bleeding. It's not even real Winter, yet. But hey, at least it's almost weekend again 😁✌️😁✌️ And since it's not officially Winter, regardless white everywhere, I still have some excuse for Autumn baking, like this following muffins 😉 2 c flour 1 tbsp BP A pinch of salt 1/2 c dark brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp allspice powder 1 c heavy whipping cream 6 tbsp peanut oil 2 eggs 2 tbsp vanilla essence 1/3 c sugar 2-3 apples
