WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
Cable Superset – 3 Rounds
Tricep Cable Extensions → Standing Cable Curls
Same cable, just drop or raise the pulley. No wasted movement. No wasted time.
Barbell Superset – 4 Rounds
Barbell Curls → Barbell Skull Crushers
Use the same bar. Curls are standing, then transition to a bench for skull crushers right in front of you. Locked in.
Dumbbell Superset – 3 Rounds
Dumbbell Curls (5 reps both arms → alternate → repeat)
→ Dumbbell Skull Crushers
This hits the arms with volume and control. Keeps the tension high and the blood flowing.
POST-WORKOUT MEDITATION
