DIRECTIONS:

2. Finely chop the garlic, green onions, and the ginger. Transfer them to a heat proof bowl. Add in the umami powder, salt, pepper to taste, and 1 chopped red Thai chili pepper
3. Very carefully pour in the hot oil, give it a good stir, and let it cool. Store refrigerated and enjoy for up to a month
