Here's my recipe for a modified Greek salad! This isn't your everyday Greek salad, this is a full meal with additional ingredients like chick peas, watermelon, spinach and more. This recipe is vegetarian but I give you an easy adaption to make it vegan. This salad is filling, super healthy, full of vitamins and refreshing for hot summer days!
