Tomato & Coriander Chicken – A hearty chicken dish cooked with fresh tomatoes, coriander, and aromatic seasonings, delivering a vibrant and comforting taste perfect for everyday meals. These recipes bring together the freshness of seafood and the richness of chicken for a complete and satisfying dining experience. RECIPES FEATURED TOMATO & CORIANDER CHICKEN Ingredients Chicken 1 kg 16 pcs Oil ½ cup Lemon juice 2 tbsp Onions 2 chopped Tomatoes 3 blended Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup Green chilies 4 slit cut into halves METHOD Marinate chicken with lemon juice, ginger garlic and with allspice for 30 mins, blend together onion and tomatoes. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion mixture, fry until oil separates, add in all the dry seasonings with chicken, cover and cook for 10 mins, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken tender, just before serving add 1 cup coriander and green chilies, serve with nan or roti.
