Last year in Phoenix, a woman threw a lemon at me during my show. I assumed that was a once-in-a-career experience. Turns out Phoenix wasn’t done with me yet. This past weekend, I returned to AZ and the lemon saga somehow came full circle in a way I never could’ve predicted. You really can’t make this stuff up. Also, a huge thank you to the crowd for the patience, unwavering support, and kindness during a vulnerable moment when my stutter returned on stage.
