After an eventful 24 hours here in Northeast Ohio, our weather has turned much more stable but that comes with rain and cooler air. Flooding will continue to be an issue today as we all saw a widespread 2-4 inches of rain. All that rain is competing for the same rivers, creeks and streams. It will take awhile for this water to find its way to where it needs to go.
