Description

Huge news—I can now tolerate some plant foods without arthritis or depression flares! After 8 years of strict ruminant meat only, I have shifted to animal-based/keto (meat + greens). The lion diet achieved remission but I needed more help to add foods back in. My reactions to plant foods have been either eliminated for a lot of the plants or dramatically reduced. This is what I’ve been aiming at for years. Also if you do find this helpful I would love help funding the keto/carnivore study: https://gofund.me/e8ba31ba4 And please consider applying to take part in the study if you meet these criteria: Formal medical diagnosis of IBD or RA and willing to provide paperwork of diagnosis. Not pregnant or breastfeeding. New to the ketogenic or lion diet. Willing to do the ketogenic or lion diet for 3-6 months depending on random sorting. Willing to do their regular diet for 3 months and be monitored, before starting dietary intervention, depending on random sorting. Willing to pay $200 (and receive $100 back once the study is concluded) Link to apply to the study: https://l.bttr.to/mXwng In this video I’m going to kind of haphazardly go over what I’ve been through in the last 10 years, what eventually worked to reduce “sensitivities”, and what didn’t work at all. This is not an extensive list of what didn’t work, but it is an extensive list of what did work. If you have questions leave them below and I’ll get to them in a Q and A I’m putting out soon! I still 100% recommend the lion diet as a fast way to achieve remission for autoimmune or mood disorders while you figure out what your root cause is. I think a lot of people probably have similar root causes as me - mold, and gut dysbiosis that are both difficult to test for. I also know that I wouldn’t have survived long enough to figure them out without putting myself into remission with the lion diet, during this time. That may sound dramatic, but my body ate my hip and ankle when I was 17, and was breaking down the rest of my joints quickly. Death as an outcome of that is not dramatic. Here’s an article: https://liondiet.com/no-longer-carnivore/ that basically reiterates what is in this video, and I’ll keep everyone posted on the continued health journey. I have a ways to go to be “optimal” like biohackers (who didn’t have multiple joints replaced) are. I’m unbelievably burnt out after this year of health issues with my family, and work over the last 8 years, and medical trauma. I’m not at the point where I’m comfortable eating out. I’m still very sensitive to mold in air in environments that wouldn’t impact a normal person.I need to get stronger physically. But this recent development is life changing. Contrary to popular belief, eating only meat isn’t fun and requires discipline. It’s much preferable to chronic disease though. However, I have believed that in order to be healthier, which is important long term, it’s not just important to put yourself into remission, you also have to reduce sensitivities. Eating a carrot shouldn’t make you ill. That’s not a good sign. So hopefully this video helps people stay hopeful that there are more solutions out there and true healing is possible. Thank God for the Lion diet, it saved my life. —Follow Me— All Platforms: https://linktr.ee/mikhailapeterson Instagram: https://instagram.com/mikhailapeterson TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikhailapeterson Website: https://mikhailapeterson.com Lion Diet: https://liondiet.com Biotoxin: https://biotoxin.com Facebook: https://facebook.com/mikhailapetersonpodcast Twitter: https://twitter.com/MikhailaFuller Instagram: https://instagram.com/mikhailapeterson TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikhailapeterson Telegram: https://t.me/mikhailapeterson
