From a shoot in NYC to hopping on a flight to Dallas for the Nekohama x Miu Miu event (still can’t fully wrap my head around that) and ending the week with a Soul Sync Body event every day was full in a different way. There was so much movement creativity and connection but also moments where I had to pause breathe and remind myself that it’s okay to feel overwhelmed when life speeds up even when everything happening is something you’ve dreamed of. Learning how to stay grounded take care of my body and protect my energy while still showing up fully has been such an ongoing journey for me. I hope this week feels inspiring honest and real and that it reminds you that growth doesn’t always feel calm sometimes it just feels full.
