Trump is moving forward with a proposed 250-foot triumphal arch near the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery, complete with gold accents, massive lions, and a price tag that could include taxpayer money. Earlier public comments were overwhelmingly opposed, but the project is still advancing through the review process. Now the National Park Service has opened a new comment period, giving Americans a chance to put specific objections about cost, historic sightlines, aviation concerns, environmental impact, and public access directly into the federal record.
